1. What are your coasters made of?

Our coasters are made slate, marble and sand stone. They are all natural and long-lasting stone.

2. Are the coasters hand-stamped?

Yes, each coaster is hand-stamped with permanent ink. This makes them unique and adds a stylish touch to any home decor.

3. How long does it take to process an order?

Orders usually ship within 2-5 days and the tracking number will be emailed immediately once it has shipped. Please double check the address you enter, as we ship to exactly what is written.

Wholesale orders ship in 1-2 weeks unless there are customs included.  Timing will be discussed as we design your products. 

4. What is your refund policy?

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. Please refer to our refund policy for more details.

5. Do you offer exchanges?

Yes, we offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. Please contact us at danielle@cheersink.com for further assistance.

6. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally. However, buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs.

8. Can I return personalized or custom-made coasters?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for personalized or custom-made coasters unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please refer to our refund policy for more information.

9. What if I haven't received my refund?

If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account first. If the refund is not posted, contact your credit card company and bank. If you still have not received your refund, please email us at danielle@cheersink.com for further assistance.

10. How do I return a product?

To return a product, please mail it to: Cheers Ink LLC. Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75.

Refund Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. We cannot accept returns for custom or personalized products, items on sale, gift cards, or downloadable software products unless they arrive damaged or defective.
